Air? Fat? Other?

Expansionists usually tend to have their favorite "medium" by which inflatees are "filled". Body inflation fans are often purists and prefer only air with water as a close second. Weight gain is often regarded as a totally different fetish and both camps often disagree on semantics of expansion.

Personally I am a fan of a variety of expansion mediums including but not limited to air, liquid, and yes, fat. However, I don't consider myself a true fan of weight gain. Mainly this is due to my dislike of the blubbery nature of most weight gain fetish material.

Being exposed to cartoon characters who were often spontaneously fattened blurred the line between expansion and fattening for me. So, I'm admittedly a fan of pseudo-weight gain scenarios involving someone blowing themselves up by overeating and growing spontaneously.

To further complicate the matter I prefer "tight fat" themes wherein the inflatee is ambiguously full of something and gaining weight but expanding as if they were being inflated and maintaining a tightness to their body. In other words, no flab.

A perfect scenario for me involves dual expansion methods. A mixture of overeating and pumping up to the max with air or other medium. Someone crashing in on a buffet, clearing it all out, then proceeding to the nearest source of air or water and blowing up to parade balloon size...or larger of course.
